Open Chrome on your phone
Tap the Chrome browser icon (round red, yellow, green, blue circle).

Type the app address
In the address bar at the top, type exactly:

Tap the three dots ⋮ (top-right of Chrome)
A menu drops down.

Tap "Add to Home screen" or "Install app"
The exact wording depends on your phone model — both options do the same thing.

Tap "Add" — you're done
The app icon appears on your home screen. Tap it any time to open.
Weak network: a punch taken without internet is kept on the phone and syncs by itself when the network returns — useful at the school gate when the signal is patchy.
What happens when you punch
A punch now takes four steps — this is new, so please read it once:
- Tap Punch In or Punch Out in the app.
- The app checks that you are inside the school campus.
- The camera opens — take your photo and tap ✓ Confirm. Retake it if it came out unclear.
- Done — your IN or OUT is recorded.
Why a photo? So that nobody can punch on someone else's behalf. The photo is used only to verify the punch — it is deleted automatically after 90 days, and the app runs no facial recognition.
If the camera does not work: after a short wait a "camera not working" option appears, and the punch will still go through — but the record will show that no photo was taken, and the school office is told.
Permissions: on your first punch the phone asks for camera and location. Tap Allow for both. (Location is read only while you punch — never in the background.)
First login
- Open the app from your new home-screen icon.
- Choose your language: English or हिन्दी.
- Enter the username and password sent to you on WhatsApp by the school admin.
- You'll be asked to set a new password. Pick something memorable — you'll use it every day.
Forgot your password? Tap "Forgot password" on the login screen — a reset link is sent to your registered email.
What the app does
Your IN and OUT, checked against the campus and with a photo. The photo expires after 90 days.
Your periods for the day, at a glance.
Your own IN/OUT history and the hours you have worked.
Mark your section present or absent in a few taps; it is posted to the school's Telegram group.
AL, CL, ML and comp-off — with the status of every request alongside.
Have to punch from outside the campus? File a request with a reason; the principal or the office approves it.
File a gatepass for a student and follow its place in the queue.
Arrange a substitute teacher for a period.
The school's contact directory, always with you.
Everyday attendance screens are in Hindi; some office labels are still in English.
For the school office and management
These screens open for the school office, the principal and the admin login:
- Staff Attendance report — IN/OUT, hours and late marks, for salary work.
- Reports and class-wise exports.
- Pending Approvals — leave, gatepass and remote-attendance requests in one place.
- Punch Photos — review a day's punch photos.
- Fee records — record a fee payment made by cash, UPI, bank transfer or cheque, and print a receipt. This is record-keeping only: the app takes no money and has no payment gateway.
Troubleshooting
"Old version is showing"
In Chrome: tap three dots ⋮ → Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data → tick only "Cached images and files" → Clear. Open the app again.
"GPS not working"
The phone asks "Allow location?" at every punch — tap Allow. If you said No once: Phone Settings → Apps → Chrome → Permissions → Location → Allow. If the app says it could not confirm the campus, stand near the gate and try again.
"The camera opens when I punch"
That is the punch photo — tap Allow; the permission is asked only once. If the camera will not work, a "camera not working" option appears after a short wait: the punch still goes through, but the school office is told that no photo was taken.
"App is blank or slow"
Close and reopen the app. If still slow, check your internet connection (try opening google.com in a new tab).
"Forgot password"
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password". A reset link will be emailed to your registered address within minutes.
